Hattie & Max’s black-tie wedding will not only give you a glimpse into one of Warwickshire's most beautiful wedding venues, but also leave you feeling inspired by the timeless elegance of the couples’ day.

This October wedding made the most of the beautiful seasonal turn. A golden time when the weather was still mild enough to make the most of Compton Verney’s ‘Capability’ Brown designed landscape; the backdrop to many of the couple's photos.

Floral Arch Installation

The couple chose an arch design to welcome their guests to the church. It not only made a Wow factor for the guests entering the church yard, but it made for a stunning photo opportunity framing their exit from the church as Mr & Mrs. We think installations like this are really worth dedicating some of your budget to, as they will feature in some of the most important photos of the day and will remain part of the memory forever.

Most often, large installations like arches can be moved from the ceremony location to the venue for a small moving fee, meaning that you get two uses from one floral design. This is one of our top tips when planning weddings, and something we discuss with you on booking. This particular installation was fixed in location, so remained a very welcome feature of the churchyard after the wedding day.

Thank you so much for making the day so special
— Hattie

The floral styling of the day was classical and elegant with green and white florals which oozed sophistication and complimented the dress code perfectly, without distraction. Throughout the styling, was an abundance of lush foliage, which acted as a neutral focal point.

Lush foliage of eucalyptus and ruscus was used to dress the banquet tables of the Adam Hall of Compton Verney. With a backdrop of impressive marble pillars and artwork, Hattie & Max had over 40m of foliage garland throughout the wedding reception. The styling of the wedding reception really shows how through the simplest of designs you can create a lasting impact.
