Colourful Late Summer Wedding Featuring Pantone’s Colour of the Year; Peach Fuzz

Holly & Jake

Holly & Jake married in early September at the beautiful Sherbourne Park, Warwickshire. A Grade II listed Georgian house on the banks of the River Avon, boasting a beautiful marquee surrounded by acres of parkland and grounds.

Having spoken to Holly, we clicked straight away and I knew that we could deliver the vision that Holly & Jake had for their special day. Colourful flowers are our favourite, and there is no better sight than bright blooms filling the studio on Beehive Hill.

I can’t get over how beautiful our wedding flowers were. They quite literally took my breath away.

Peach Fuzz Flowers

The flowers featured the on trend Pantone colour of the year 2024 Peach Fuzz, which combines soft pink and warm orange for a perfect late summer, early autumn splash of colour.  This colour tone is perfect for a September wedding in the UK; between two seasons where we often experience warm weather, with the addition of craving for warm, rich autumnal tones.

Holly’s bouquet featured the most beautiful dahlia, roses, cosmos, Japanese anemone, snap dragons with eucalyptus and thlaspi foliage,  sourced from both local flower farms, and the gardens of the Lily Loves Studio in Kenilworth. We are able to source increasing quantities of locally grown flowers as our local flower farms increase their production year on year.

Maximising floral budget

Holly & Jake maximised their floral budget by displaying their bridesmaid bouquets on the tables for their guests to enjoy. This is fast becoming a wedding trend that saves money, and maximises the floral display for the wedding reception. A no-brainer in our opinion.

We will always provide vases for hire, to maximise the bridesmaid flowers, because lets face it, they are far too beautiful not to be enjoyed throughout the evening.
