Esther & Paul celebrated their marriage in April at the stunning Elmore Court, Gloucestershire. Elmore Court is the perfect match for couples wanting traditional charm with space and modern luxuries.

The main house is a large 13th Century mansion, and recent owners have transformed the reception area into a huge party space with floor to ceiling glass windows and an outdoor space to die for overlooking the River Severn.

Church Flower Designs

Esther and Paul added a touch of charm and sentimentality by marrying at the local village church, which we had the pleasure of dressing with large urns to frame the couple as they said their vows. The calming tones of the flowers sat beautifully with the intricate details within the church, and as you will see from the images of the day, the flowers feature in the most significant of photos.

Top Tip: When planning your floral designs for the day, think about the photos you would like and plan your flowers around those key areas. Photographers often use flowers to frame the shot, and you’ll enjoy them for years to come every time you see the images!

Seasonal Bridal Bouquet

Esther’s bouquet featured seasonal blooms of lace-capped tulips, garden roses, ranunculus, jasmine, peonies and lisianthus in a soft palette of peach and ivory tones to compliment the blush pink of the bridesmaids’ dresses.

With our favourite bridal feature flower, the anemone which adds a ‘pop’ to the design.

Using seasonal flowers makes our work so rewarding, as the flowers we use are always in their prime; often supplied by our local flower farms within a few miles of the studio. This enables us to request individual stems that are super special and saved for the bridal bouquet.

Spring weddings hit differently.  They are a time of new beginnings and fresh growth which is exactly what a wedding represents. We are the luckiest people in the world getting to be part of that special time, and we loved working with Ester and Paul to create their vision for their special day.
